MERCADO MUNICIPAL, edificío construido em 1908/1912, foi iniciado na administração do Coronel Barbosa e concluido na administração de Manoel Joaquim da Costa Pinheiro, sendo os serviços administrados pelo português Antonio Pereira Tavares Retto que também construiu a antiga Mesa de Rendas do Estado que aparece ao fundo. O mercado Municipal foi demolido em 1978.
MUNICIPAL MARKET, edificío built in 1908/1912, it was initiate in Colonel Barbosa's administration and ended in the administration of Manoel Joaquim from Costa Pinheiro, being the services administered by the Portuguese Antonio Pereira Tavares Retto that also built the old Table of Incomes of the State that appears to the bottom. The Municipal market was demolished in 1978.
