A residência foi construida por volta de 1919, pelo Sr. Gregoriano Auzier, pai do ex-prefeito Armindo Magalhães Auzier, interventor Federal de Itacoatiara no periodo de 12/12/1966 a 14/09/1967. A casa tem sua arquitetura em estilo colonial, com caracteristicas das casas portuguesas, cujos modelos foram muito aplicados na época em que o Brasil era colônia de Portugal. Suas paredes são construidas de barro e tijolo. Apresenta cobertura com telhas de canal de barro, cujo material é um perfeito isolante térmico, o que torna agradável o seu habitat. em 1996, foi alugada para a produção do filme francês “Le Jaguar”, para hospedagem do diretor do filme.
The residence was built about 1919, by Mr. Gregorian Auzier, former-mayor's Armindo Magalhães Auzier father, Federal interventor of Itacoatiara in the period from 12/12/1966 to 14/09/1967. THE house has his/her architecture in colonial style, with characteristics of the Portuguese houses, whose models were very applied at that time in that Brazil was colony of Portugal. Their walls are built of mud and brick. It presents covering with tiles of mud channel, whose material is a perfect one insulating thermal, what turns pleasant his/her habitat. in 1996, it was rented for the production of the French film “he/she Reads Jaguar”, for the director's of the film lodging.
