PRÉDIO OSCAR RAMOS - Edifício construído pelos Alemães, no início do século (1900) foi sede da Companhia Kaoni - Pollack. vendido para a Companhia Inglesa Agro-Pastoril. Com a falência desta Empresa foi adquirido por Alfredo Arruda, Industrial de Manaus que por sua vez vendeu ao Português Oscar Ramos em 1915 por 45 contos de réis, (45000). O assoalho do prédio foi feito pelo mestre português: Aroldo, em pinho de riga, importado de Portugal, nesse prédio funcionou o escritório da Estrada de Ferro Madeira-Mamoré, e após ser adquirido por Oscar Ramos, sediou as firmas: Oscar Ramos, Illidio Ramos Irmãos, o referido estabelecimento exportava para os Estados Unidos e Europa, castanha, cacau, sorva e peles de animais silvestres e importava diretamente de Paris, roupas femininas, calçados, perfumes que vinham diretamente para Itacoatiara através de navios da Booth-Line e da Companhia Laport-Coom-line.
